Manufacturing Site Supervisor(Service Coordinator)

The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating service activities, communicating with customers and service teams, scheduling appointments, tracking service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service calls, maintenance visits, and technician assignments.

• Receive and respond to customer service requests through phone, email, or other channels.

• Create, update, and maintain service orders, work orders, and customer records.

• Coordinate between customers, technicians, engineers, vendors, and internal departments.

• Monitor service requests and ensure jobs are completed within agreed timelines.

• Follow up with technicians and customers regarding pending or completed jobs.

• Prepare service reports, quotations, invoices, and other relevant documentation.

• Track spare parts, equipment, and materials required for service activities.

• Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, schedules, and job status.

• Support the service manager/team with daily administrative and operational tasks.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service-level agreements (SLAs).
