Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor with expertise in Fabrication, Structural Steel, Welding, and Site Execution. The candidate will supervise on-site fabrication and installation work, coordinate with labour and contractors, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise fabrication and structural steel installation work.

- Manage labour, contractors, and daily site activities.

- Coordinate material availability and site execution.

- Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to project drawings.

- Maintain daily progress reports and project updates.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and vendors for smooth execution.
