Manufacturing Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our team Star Universal. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily fabrication and construction site activities.

• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, welders, and workers.

• Monitor fabrication, welding, erection, and installation quality.

• Plan and manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.

• Inspect completed work and resolve technical/site issues.

• Maintain daily progress reports, work records, and documentation.

• Ensure timely completion of work within project deadlines.

• Attend site meetings and communicate progress to project management and clients.

Job Requirements:

Attention to detail, Bike is mandatory and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
