Key Responsibilities:
Packaging, Hygiene & Quality Supervision
· Supervise the packaging process of toys and related products.
· Ensure all products are packed properly, safely, and systematically.
· Verify product quantities and quality before packaging and dispatch.
· Ensure there are no packing or quantity errors from the company’s end.
· Check and maintain proper hygiene standards in the packaging area and during handling of products.
· Ensure products are clean, damage-free, and meet company quality standards before packing.
· Monitor packaging materials and handling procedures to maintain product safety and presentation quality.
· Coordinate with the team to achieve required daily packaging targets.
Manifest & Documentation Management
· Prepare and maintain manifest lists in Excel sheets with all required details.
· Maintain accurate daily and monthly manifest records.
· Update dispatch details systematically for tracking and reporting purposes.
· Ensure all shipment records are properly documented and stored.
Labelling & Dispatch Coordination
· Ensure correct labelling is done on every package before dispatch.
· Coordinate with assigned courier partners for timely dispatch.
· Ensure all shipments are dispatched through appropriate courier services.
· Follow proper dispatch procedures and documentation protocols.
Courier Handover & Proof Maintenance
· Obtain signatures from courier personnel during handover of shipments.
· Mention exact quantities handed over to the courier.
· Record the number of packages and shipment details accurately.
· Mark cancelled customer orders along with cancellation dates.
· Click photographs of dispatch documents and maintain proper records for verification and audit purposes.
Portal Monitoring & Order Management
· Monitor the company portal regularly throughout the day.
· Ensure all customer orders are dispatched on time.
· Coordinate internally to avoid delays in order processing and shipment.
Returns Management
· Maintain records of returned products/orders in Excel sheets.
· Record reasons for returns accurately.
· Track return patterns and report discrepancies to management.
Reporting & Compliance
· Submit daily and monthly operational reports to management.
· Ensure proper coordination between packaging, dispatch, and logistics teams.
· Follow company procedures and operational guidelines strictly.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation handling.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Basic understanding of dispatch and logistics procedures.
· Ability to manage records systematically.
· Good coordination and team handling skills.
· Time management and multitasking abilities.
· Problem-solving and accountability in operations.
· Understanding of hygiene and quality control standards.
Educational Qualification:
· Minimum Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience:
· 1–3 years of experience in packaging, dispatch, warehouse operations, or logistics supervision preferred.
· Experience in e-commerce or toy/product packaging operations will be an added advantage.

· Accuracy in packaging and dispatch.

· Error-free manifest and documentation maintenance.

Working Conditions:
