Position: Field Supervisor Job Type: Full-Time Location: Delhi NCR (Office + Field)

Job Role

Hume ek responsible Field Supervisor ki zarurat hai jo office aur field dono jagah ka kaam efficiently handle kar sake. Is role me products ki quality check, complaint handling, technicians ki monitoring aur daily work alignment ki responsibility hogi.

Responsibilities

• Field me installed products aur machines ka inspection karna

• Product quality aur condition check karna

• Customer ki product/service complaints ko resolve karwana

• Technicians aur field staff ko daily work assign (align) karna

• Installation, service aur AMC work ki monitoring karna

• Daily field visit report aur photo/documentation maintain karna

• Office me files, service records aur work updates maintain karna

• Team aur management ke saath coordination rakhna

Requirements

• 1–3 years ka field supervision ya operations ka experience (RO/Water Purifier preferred)

• Team manage karne ki ability

• Basic MS Excel & mobile app ka knowledge

• Two-wheeler aur valid driving licence preferred

• Delhi NCR me travel karne ke liye ready hona

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
