Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage interior design project activities at the site. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, knowledge of interior work processes, and the ability to ensure timely project execution with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations for interior design projects

• Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and vendors for smooth workflow

• Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines

• Monitor material availability and manage inventory at the site

• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation

• Ensure safety protocols and guidelines are followed at the site

• Resolve on-site issues and communicate timely with project managers

• Inspect work quality and ensure finishing meets required standards

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience as a Site Supervisor (preferably in Interior Designing/Construction)

• Strong knowledge of interior materials, carpentry, electrical, and civil work basics

• Ability to read and understand site drawings/plans

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Problem-solving attitude and ability to manage manpower

• Must be physically fit and willing to work at site full-time
