Job Summary

The Site Supervisor / Site Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards, drawings, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities and workforce

• Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and engineers

• Monitor progress and report daily/weekly site status to management

• Ensure compliance with safety rules, HSE policies, and statutory regulations

• Manage materials, equipment, and manpower effectively

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks

• Resolve on-site issues, conflicts, and technical problems

• Maintain site records, logs, and reports

• Ensure timely completion of work milestones

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs

• Good leadership and team management skills

• Strong communication and coordination abilities

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, project tracking tools)

Experience

• 3–8 years of relevant site experience (may vary by project size)

Working Conditions

• Full-time, site-based role

• May require extended working hours and weekend work

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
