Exp - 2 to 3 years
Salary - 25000 to 30000 in hand
Location - Kavi Nagar Industrial Area
We are seeking an experienced Casting Foreman with a strong background in foundry operations and machine handling. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge of casting processes, molds, furnaces, and production machinery. The candidate will supervise daily casting operations, manage manpower, and ensure production targets, safety, and quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate casting production activities
Handle manpower and allocate work on the shop floor
Monitor casting machines, furnaces, and molding processes
Ensure safety compliance and quality standards
Troubleshoot machine and production issues
Maintain daily production reports and coordinate with management
Implement lean manufacturing and 5S practices
Manage shift schedules and resource allocation efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering / Fitter / Production / Machine-related trade
Minimum 2 years of experience in casting / foundry / manufacturing industry
Basic knowledge of casting machines, molds, furnaces, and production equipment
Ability to handle manpower and supervise shop floor operations
Understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Knowledge of safety standards and production quality control
Strong communication and team management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets
