Gate Pass Issuance & Verification: Processing and verifying gate passes for visitor employee and vehicle entry passes.

Material Movement Control: Managing Inward and Outward Material Gate Passes

Approval Coordination: Ensuring all gate passes are properly signed and approved by the respective Department Heads.

Record-Keeping & Database Management: Maintaining logs, registers, or Gate Pass Management Software for all daily entries and exits

Reporting: Sharing daily and weekly reports with HR or Security regarding late arrivals, visitor logs, and unusual movements for Audit & Compliance purposes

Contractor & Vendor Support: Coordinating temporary gate passes for third-party contract laborers, verifying their identity, and ensuring adherence to facility rules

Gate Pass Verification & Issuance for Vendor/third-party contract laborers
