Manufacturing Site Supervisor

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Head to oversee overall plant operations, production planning, quality control, maintenance, safety, and workforce management. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, expertise in manufacturing processes, and a proven track record of improving productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day plant operations

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety compliance

• Lead production, maintenance, and quality teams

• Monitor costs and improve operational efficiency

• Implement process improvements and best practices

Requirements:

• 15–20 years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and safety standards

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred

Location: sco 9, 10 opposite , sidhu complex guru gobind singh nagar dhakoli
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
