Key Responsibilities
Production & Operations
Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet output and delivery targets
Ensure efficient use of manpower, machines, and materials
Maintain smooth workflow across all production stages
Quality Control (QC)
Implement and monitor quality standards for leather patches
Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
Reduce defects, rework, and wastage through continuous improvement
Raw Material Procurement
Source and procure leather, chemicals, accessories, and other raw materials
Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, quality, and timely delivery
Maintain inventory levels and consumption records
Machine Maintenance
Ensure proper functioning and regular maintenance of machines
Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance schedules
Minimize downtime and improve machine efficiency
Administrative & Staff Management
Supervise factory staff, operators, and helpers
Maintain attendance, production records, and reports
Train workers on quality standards, safety, and operating procedures
Compliance & Safety
Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness
Follow factory policies and industry standards
