Supervise daily cattle feed production operations as per production plan
Ensure quality control of raw materials and finished goods
Monitor mixing, grinding, pelleting, and packing processes
Maintain production records, shift reports, and material consumption data
Coordinate with maintenance team for machine upkeep and breakdown handling
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and factory SOPs
Manage manpower allocation, attendance, and discipline
Reduce wastage and improve production efficiency
Coordinate with QC, warehouse, and dispatch teams
Ensure timely achievement of daily and monthly production targets
