Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Fabrication Supervisor to oversee day-to-day fabrication activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and following safety procedures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in metal fabrication, welding, and workshop operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fabrication and welding activities.

• Allocate work to fabricators, welders, and helpers.

• Ensure production targets are completed on time.

• Read and understand fabrication drawings and technical specifications.

• Monitor fabrication quality and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

• Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and equipment.

• Maintain workplace safety and ensure all employees follow safety guidelines.

• Track material usage and minimize wastage.

• Prepare daily production reports and update management on work progress.

• Train and guide workers to improve productivity and quality.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Fabrication, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience as a Fabrication Supervisor or in a similar role.

• Good knowledge of fabrication processes, welding techniques, and engineering drawings.

• Ability to manage a team and solve shop-floor issues.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word) is preferred.

Salary & Benefits
