Key Responsibilities

Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities.

• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment utilization.

• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings for smooth workflow execution.

• Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Progress Monitoring

• Track daily site activities and progress.

• Maintain progress reports and project schedules.

• Ensure milestones are achieved as per project plans.

Quality Control

• Inspect materials and workmanship regularly.

• Verify compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Minimize rework through effective quality checks.

Safety Management

• Implement and monitor site safety procedures.

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.

• Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and standards.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

• Maintain accurate records of site activities and performance.

• Provide regular updates to management.

Resource Planning

• Identify manpower, material, and equipment requirements in advance.

• Coordinate procurement and deployment activities.

• Ensure uninterrupted site operations.

Measurement & Billing Support

• Verify work quantities and site measurements.

• Cross-check completed work against drawings and specifications.

• Support accurate billing and cost-control activities.
