1. Your performance will be evaluated, and feedback given to you, on your ability, your willingness to take on responsibility, your dedication to the job, your technical and subject matter expertise, your loyalty, and your attitude during, and at the end of, these 6 months.
2. Should your performance be satisfactory, your position with the company will be considered as confirmed, and the company shall issue you a confirmation letter with any such additional benefits that you may be entitled to.
