Manufacturing Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Manufacturing Site Supervisor to join our team at Amaze Concrete Products Private Limited. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed on time

• Monitor workers and subcontractors at the site

• Ensure quality of work as per company standards

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and production team

• Ensure safety rules and site discipline are followed

• Prepare daily work progress reports

Job Requirements:

• Experience in site supervision/construction field

• Basic knowledge of construction materials and work process

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to handle workers and site operations
