Job Title: Prefabrication Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Prefabrication Site Supervisor to oversee production and installation activities at our Oragadam unit. The candidate will be responsible for managing shop floor operations, ensuring quality standards, and supervising manpower for timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day prefab production and assembly activities

• Monitor fabrication, welding, and installation processes

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety guidelines

• Plan and allocate manpower efficiently on the shop floor

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams

• Track production schedules and ensure timely completion

• Maintain material usage records and reduce wastage

• Conduct regular inspections and report progress to management

• Handle on-site issues and provide practical solutions

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in prefabrication/construction / manufacturing

• Experience in modular cabins, portable structures, or steel fabrication preferred

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of prefab structures and fabrication processes

• Leadership and team handling skills

• Basic understanding of drawings and measurements

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Good communication and coordination skills

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to work in an on-site and factory environment

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
