Job Description

Vignesh Industries Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Civil Supervisor to manage and supervise site activities related to UPVC doors & windows installation, prefab structures, site offices, labour camps, farm houses, and other civil construction works.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of projects as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for civil and installation works

• Handle UPVC doors & windows installation and prefab structure works

• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and site engineers

• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications

• Monitor material usage and report requirements

• Ensure safety standards are followed at the site

• Maintain daily work reports and progress updates

• Support project execution for farm houses, site offices, and labour camps

• Check the quality of workmanship and rectify issues, if any

Eligibility / Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma / BE in Mechanical or Civil Engineering

• Experience:

  • Fresher or experienced candidates

  • Preference for candidates with experience in:

    • UPVC doors & windows installation

    • Prefabricated structures

    • Structural and civil construction works

• Good site handling and coordination skills

• Willing to work at project sites

• Immediate joiners preferred
