Job వివరణ

We are looking for a Stainless Steel Manufacturing Plant Supervisor to join our team at Adhishri Technologies. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹16,000 (Depend on Eligibility) and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor manufacturing Products.
Assemble, pack and inspect products as per company guidelines
Production team / Manpower Handling.
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime
Ensure safety and quality standards are followed

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 2 years of experience in Stainless Steel Production Unit / Manufacturing or a related field. Good Measurement Knowledge in MM by Inch Tape.
Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
