1.Strong expertise in plant operations and production management, with proven experience leading manufacturing facilities or large-scale production units.
2.Demonstrated skills in production planning and scheduling, including capacity planning and coordination across departments.
3.Solid understanding of quality control practices, process standardization, and implementation of quality assurance systems.
4.Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
5.Background in metal fabrication, structural components, or solar mounting systems is highly beneficial.
6.Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
7.Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build and guide cross-functional teams.
8.Ability to use Computer tools - Ms Excel, ERP systems, and basic data analysis to drive decisions and improvements.
9.Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
