·*Expertise in designing* and implementing Extra

*Security Surveillance*, *Low Voltage systems, including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, LAN, Access Point, BMS, and Audio-Visual solutions, etc.*

· *Strong project management skills, ensuring seamless coordination between sales, engineering, and implementation teams*

· *Estimation, Costing and BOQ Preparations.*

· *Working Knowledge of CAD*

· *Comprehensive understanding of ELV products and systems, with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.*

*Technical Expertise*

Expertise in designing and implementing Extra Low Voltage systems included but not limited to the following: -

• *Fire Fighting System (Sprinkler & Hydrant System)*

• *Smoke Detection & Aspiration System*

• Public Address & Voice Evacuation System

• *Gas Suppression System (Novec, FM-200, Aaronite, Integrin)*

• Visitor Management System

• CCTV Video Surveillance System

• Access Control & Gate Automation System

• Integrated BMS System
