Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coating Employee to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing metal surfaces, applying powder coating, operating coating equipment, and ensuring high-quality finishing according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare metal parts and surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and pre-treatment.

• Operate powder coating spray guns and related equipment safely and efficiently.

• Apply powder coatings evenly to achieve required finish and thickness.

• Load and unload materials from coating lines and ovens.

• Monitor curing oven temperatures and coating quality.

• Inspect finished products for defects, color consistency, and coating thickness.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area.

• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.

• Assist with packing and dispatch of finished products when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in powder coating or industrial painting preferred.

• Knowledge of powder coating techniques and equipment.

• Ability to read job specifications and work instructions.

• Attention to detail and quality control.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.

• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices.

• Team player with a positive attitude.

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Working Conditions

• Manufacturing/industrial environment.

• Standing for long periods and handling metal components.

• Use of protective safety equipment required.

Salary

• Salary: 30000-35000

• Overtime is avaible depend on candidate.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 3 years of experience.
