We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Xerox Machine Operator to operate and maintain photocopy, printing, scanning, and document finishing equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality document reproduction, meet production deadlines, and provide excellent customer service while maintaining equipment in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Xerox and other multifunction printers, copiers, and scanners.

• Print, photocopy, scan, and reproduce documents according to customer or organizational requirements.

• Set up machines for various paper sizes, print quality, duplex printing, and finishing options.

• Perform basic maintenance, including cleaning machines, replacing toner, and loading paper.

• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults to the service team.

• Ensure print quality meets customer specifications.

• Organize, sort, bind, laminate, staple, and package completed documents.

• Maintain inventory of paper, toner, and other printing supplies.

• Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

• Keep records of print jobs, machine usage, and completed orders.
