🔹 Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CNC Metal Laser Cutting Machine Operator who has strong expertise in operating laser cutting machines, setting appropriate parameters based on different materials, and optimizing production efficiency. The candidate must be capable of handling two separate laser machines independently.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC metal laser cutting machines efficiently and safely

• Set appropriate cutting parameters (power, speed, gas pressure, focus, etc.) according to material type and thickness

• Perform automatic and manual nesting to maximize material utilization and reduce scrap

• Prepare and execute daily production planning

• Monitor cutting quality and make parameter adjustments as needed

• Handle and operate two separate laser machines

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and production deadlines

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in CNC metal laser cutting machine operation

• Strong knowledge of different metals (Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, etc.)

• Expertise in nesting software (automatic & manual)

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Good understanding of production planning and workflow management

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple machines

• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills

🔹 Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
