We are looking for an Assembly Line Operator to join our team at Tata Electronics (Payroll: Surgeforth Tech). The role involves operating machinery, assembling mobile phones and components, and maintaining strict quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹14,277 (Day Scholar) / ₹13,477 (Hostel) plus ₹1,000 attendance bonus, and provides an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing and essential manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing and assembly line equipment

• Assemble, pack, and inspect mobile phones or mobile phone components as per company guidelines

• Maintain basic records and manage inventory near the assembly line

• Support preventive maintenance activities to reduce downtime

• Ensure all safety, quality, and operational standards are strictly followed

• Work collaboratively with Production, Quality, Assembly, and Stores departments

• Adapt quickly to new processes, departments, and production requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th / ITI (as applicable)

• Experience: 0–2 years in manufacturing or related field (Freshers can apply)

• Ability to read and understand basic English instructions

• Good attention to detail and quality awareness

• Physically fit and willing to work in rotational shifts (A/B/C)

• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow

• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
