Job Description

We are hiring Machine Operators and Helpers for a leading manufacturing company in Rajkot, Gujarat. Candidates will be responsible for operating machines, assisting in production activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth manufacturing operations.

Positions Available

Machine Operator

Machines/Processes:

• CNC

• VMC

• Grinding

• Hobbing

• Shaving

• Shaping

• Drilling

• Milling

Eligibility:

• ITI (any)

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

• BE/B.Tech Mechanical

Salary:

• ITI Fresher: ₹21,000/- + PF + Insurance + Bonus

• Experienced candidates: Salary as per experience and skills

• Diploma/BE candidates: Higher salary based on qualification and experience

Helper

Eligibility:

• 10th Pass / 12th Pass

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary:

• ₹19,500/- + PF + Insurance + Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery

• Load and unload materials as required

• Follow production and quality standards

• Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning

• Assist supervisors in daily production activities

• Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping

• Report machine issues and production defects
