We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team at Shree Quality Services. The role involves operating machinery, assembling products and maintaining quality standards on the production floor. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹19000 and an opportunity to be part of a growing and essential industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forming and machining processes used in gear manufacturing

• Perform production activities as per work instructions and drawings

• Use and handle measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Plug Gauge, Snap Gauge, etc.

• Measure and inspect components to ensure dimensional accuracy

• Maintain quality standards during forming and production processes

• Identify defects and report abnormalities to the supervisor

• Follow safety norms and 5S practices on the shop floor

• Maintain production records and inspection reports

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and candidate must be a fresher in manufacturing or a related field. Attention to detail, physical stamina and ability to follow instructions are very important for this role.
