Machine Operator

We are looking for hardworking and dedicated candidates for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience or basic knowledge in machine operations and fabrication work. This role is best suited for ITI, Diploma, or skilled workers who are passionate about working in a machine manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines such as Lathe Machine, Milling Machine, and other workshop equipment

• Perform machine fitting and assembly of roll forming machines and related equipment

• Carry out welding work including MIG welding and Arc welding

• Assist in frame fabrication and structure welding

• Handle day-to-day manufacturing activities in the workshop

• Maintain tools, machines, and workspace in proper condition

• Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time

• Ensure safety standards and proper working procedures are followed

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Skilled Worker (10th or 12th pass also acceptable with experience)

• Freshers with basic technical knowledge can also apply

• No requirement for higher education (B.Tech, etc.)

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and machines

• Welding skills (MIG / Arc preferred)

• Ability to understand basic technical drawings (preferred but not mandatory)

• Willingness to learn and adapt
