⠂ Oragadam Plant: 300 Positions

⠂ Mannur Plant: 300 Positions

Total Vacancies: 600 Positions

As a Machine Operator the selected candidates may be responsible for:

⠂ Operating and monitoring assigned manufacturing machines.

⠂ Loading and unloading components/materials as per process requirements.

⠂ Following standard operating procedures and production instructions.

⠂ Monitoring machine operations and identifying basic abnormalities.

⠂ Performing basic quality checks of manufactured components.

⠂ Maintaining production output and process quality as per prescribed standards.

⠂ Maintaining cleanliness and safety around the assigned machine and work area.

⠂ Following all plant safety, quality and operational guidelines.

⠂ Reporting machine issues, defects or abnormalities to the supervisor.

⠂ Maintaining production-related records and following shift instructions.

⠂ Supporting continuous production operations as assigned by the supervisor.

Recruitment is for the position of Machine Operator .

⠂ Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

⠂ Maximum age is 24 years .

⠂ Eligibility may vary according to the applicable NAPS, NATS, LEAP or FTE category. ⠂ NAPS/NATS DBT is included in the stated compensation structure and is transferred directly to the eligible candidate through the Government DBT mechanism.

⠂ DBT should not be represented as an additional amount payable by the company over and above the applicable compensation structure.

⠂ Retention Bonus of ₹9,000 per quarter is subject to applicable eligibility and retention conditions.

⠂ Transportation and canteen deductions are ₹130 each , as applicable.

⠂ Accommodation is available only for female candidates at ₹750 per month .

⠂ Final eligibility, selection and joining are subject to company approval and applicable scheme requirements.

⠂ Candidates must provide genuine and accurate documents.

⠂ Candidates should not make any payment to any unauthorized person or agency for employment or interview purposes.

Working Hours: 8.5 hours per shift

Shift: Rotational shifts as applicable to plant operations.
