Job వివరణ

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ø Setup,Operate and Monitor rolling or bending machine to shape metal sheet according to drawings

Ø Load R/M such as steel sheets, Align it accurately in the machine.

Ø Use Semi-Automactic Controls to adjust bending angles,Roll gaps for Presize shape.

Inspect Product for dimentional accuracy.

Skills to have:

Ø Understanding of different metals and their bending properties and machinary operation including 3 Roll & 4 Rolls.

Ø Ability to Read and Interpret Technical drawings adjust machine setting.

Ø Precise hand-eye coordination to perform bending and rolling operation.

Ø Able to perform minor maintenance and calibrations.

Competencies Required:

Follow SOP, Use PPE, and Adhere to safety regulation
