Position: Machine Operator – Fully Automated Punching Line / Profile Rolling Machine
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor fully automated punching line and profile rolling machines.
Handle production activities in cold rolling mill for solar structure components.
Ensure smooth machine setup, calibration, and continuous operation.
Check product quality and maintain required production standards.
Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain production reports and shift records.
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams when required.
Required Skills & Qualification:
Minimum 2+ years experience in punching line / profile rolling / cold rolling mill operations.
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production or related field.
Good understanding of automated production lines.
Ability to handle machine controls and production targets.
Basic troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
