Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Manual Grinding Machine Operator for Taloja MIDC Location to perform precision grinding operations on metal components. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating manual grinding machines and ensuring high-quality finishing as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation

• Operate manual grinding machines (surface grinding / cylindrical grinding)

• Set up machines and adjust parameters as per job requirements

• Perform grinding of metal components to required dimensions and tolerances

2. Quality Control

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Use measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Ensure surface finish and dimensional accuracy as per standards

3. Maintenance & Safety

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines

• Follow all safety guidelines and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

• Report any machine issues or defects to supervisors

4. Production Efficiency

• Maintain productivity and minimize material wastage

• Ensure timely completion of assigned work

• Support continuous improvement in processes

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of manual grinding operations

• Ability to read technical drawings

• Knowledge of measuring instruments

• Attention to detail and quality-focused approach

• Basic understanding of machine maintenance

Educational Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
