Swimming Pool Operator – Job Description

We are looking for a Swimming Pool Operator to join our team at Pentox Aqua Solutions . The role involves operating and maintaining swimming pool systems, monitoring water quality, and ensuring the pool is clean, safe, and ready for use. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 and an opportunity to work in a professional pool maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain swimming pool filtration, circulation, and pumping systems.

• Monitor and maintain water quality by checking pH, chlorine, and other chemical levels.

• Perform PCC (Pool Plant/Pool Chemical Control) procedures to ensure water meets safety and hygiene standards.

• Clean swimming pools, pool decks, skimmer baskets, filters, and related equipment.

• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance of pumps, filters, valves, and other pool equipment.

• Identify and report equipment faults or leaks and assist with basic repairs.

• Maintain daily maintenance logs and water testing records.

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve technical issues promptly.

Job Requirements:

• The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass.

• 0–6+ years of experience in swimming pool operations, maintenance, or a related field.

• Knowledge of PCC (Pool Chemical Control/Pool Plant Operations) is mandatory.

• Must have knowledge of swimming pool filtration systems, water treatment, chemical dosing, and pool cleaning procedures.

• Ability to conduct water quality testing and maintain proper chemical balance.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, pumps, motors, and electrical equipment is preferred.

• Physically fit, detail-oriented, and able to follow safety procedures.

• Good communication skills and a responsible attitude toward maintaining a safe swimming environment.
