Roles & Responsibilities:

Operate production machines efficiently and safely.
Set up machines before production and ensure smooth operation.
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments when required.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Report machine faults or breakdowns to the maintenance team.
Maintain production records and daily output reports.
Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished goods.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
Work with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or ITI (preferred).
1–2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing unit.
Basic knowledge of machine operation and quality checks.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (if required).
Good teamwork and communication skills.
