NAPS Program – Job Description (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme)
Position: NAPS Apprentice / Trainee
Department: As per company requirement
Job Type: Apprenticeship / Trainee
Duration: Typically 3 years depending on the trade and organization.
Job Responsibilities
Learn and perform assigned job duties under the guidance of senior staff.
Assist the team in daily operational activities.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation accurately.
Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and work procedures.
Participate in training sessions and skill development programs.
Support departmental projects and administrative tasks.
Develop practical knowledge through on-the-job training.
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines and maintain work quality.
Eligibility
10th / 12th Pass, ITI, Diploma, Graduate, or equivalent qualification (as applicable).
Good communication and learning attitude.
Willingness to undergo apprenticeship training.
