Core Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Oversee daily manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation (materials, machinery) for smooth workflow.

• Quality & Compliance: Maintain high quality standards, implement quality control, and ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

• Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage plant staff, fostering a positive, high-performance culture and resolving issues.

• Financial Oversight: Manage plant budgets, control costs, analyze waste, and prepare performance reports for executives.

• Strategy & Improvement: Develop and implement strategies for operational excellence, continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing), and increased productivity.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments (engineering, supply chain, sales) to align operations with overall company goals.

• Problem Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
