Key Responsibilities

· Operate assigned production machines safely and efficiently.

· Start, stop, and monitor machines during production.

· Check machine settings and make minor adjustments as instructed.

· Ensure continuous production with minimum downtime.

· Monitor product quality and report any defects.

· Inform the supervisor immediately about machine faults or breakdowns.

· Perform basic cleaning and routine inspection of the machine before and after the shift.

· Maintain machine operation and production records.

· Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

· Maintain cleanliness around the machine and work area.

· Coordinate with the Maintenance and Quality teams whenever required.

Qualification

· ITI, or Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Fitter preferred).

· Freshers can apply.

· Experience in operating manufacturing machines is an added advantage.

Skills Required

· Basic knowledge of machine operation.

· Ability to understand operating instructions.

· Basic mechanical aptitude.

· Attention to quality and safety.

· Teamwork and discipline.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
