Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled Machine Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth machine operations, maintaining production quality, and following all safety and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Set up and adjust machines according to production requirements.

• Monitor machine performance and production output.

• Ensure products are manufactured according to required quality standards.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine breakdowns to the maintenance team.

• Conduct routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance.

• Maintain proper records of production, machine operation, and downtime.

• Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.

• Follow workplace safety rules and use required PPE.

• Keep the machine and surrounding work area clean and organized.

• Identify defects or abnormalities during production and inform the supervisor.

• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Follow company policies, production procedures, and instructions from supervisors.

Eligibility

• Education: ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th Pass (as applicable)

• Experience: 0–3 years in machine operation/manufacturing preferred.

• Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma qualifications may also be considered.

• Basic understanding of machine operations and safety procedures.

• Ability to work in a production/industrial environment.

• Willingness to work in shifts, including rotational/night shifts if required.

Candidate Profile
