JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FRESHERS IN NAVI MUMBAI – Blending / Filling Line Operator

Blending / Filling Line Operator (Mechanical / Electronics / Electrical)

Role Overview:

_The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting in the smooth and safe operation of blending and filling lines within the production facility.

_The role involves handling equipment, monitoring processes, maintaining product quality standards, and ensuring adherence to operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

 Operate blending and filling line machinery as per standard operating procedures.

 Monitor production parameters and ensure smooth workflow throughout the shift.

 Assist in troubleshooting basic mechanical/electrical issues in the line.

 Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality compliance in all operational tasks.

 Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning.

 Support preventive maintenance activities under the guidance of senior

operators/engineers.

 Ensure proper handling of raw materials and finished products.

 Log operational data accurately and report any deviations immediately.

Educational Qualification

Graduate: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering

Diploma Holders: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics

Skills Required

 Basic understanding of Manufacturing / Production / Filling / Blending processes

 Ability to work with machinery and follow technical instructions

 Strong sense of safety and quality standards

 Teamwork and communication skills

 Willingness to work in shift operations

Stipend

Graduate Apprentices: ₹20,000 per month

Diploma Apprentices: ₹18,000 per month

Additional Information

 Candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced production environment.

 Safety gear and training will be provided by the company.
