Machine Operator

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in our production unit. The candidate will ensure efficient production while maintaining quality standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines to ensure smooth production processes

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, adjustments) before production runs

• Ensure machines are functioning properly and troubleshoot minor issues

• Maintain production records and report output, downtime, and defects

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines

• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Coordinate with the maintenance team for major repairs

• Minimize material wastage and improve efficiency

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setup

• Basic knowledge of machine operations and maintenance

• Ability to read and understand technical manuals and instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Good physical stamina and ability to work in shifts

• Basic troubleshooting skills

• ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred

Working Conditions:

• Factory/Plant environment

• Rotational shifts may be required

• Standing for long hours
