Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator with a Diploma in Mechanic and 1 year of hands-on experience in operating industrial machines. The candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines efficiently.

• Set up machines according to production requirements.

• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

• Ensure quality of output as per company standards.

• Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times.

• Maintain production records and daily logs.

• Report any machine issues or breakdowns to the supervisor.

• Assist in machine cleaning and preventive maintenance activities.

Required Skills

• Basic mechanical and technical knowledge.

• Ability to read machine manuals and drawings.

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Attention to detail and quality focus.

• Basic computer knowledge (preferred).

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
