Machine Operator

Company Overview:

Flo Mobility is a Bangalore-based company specializing in the development and deployment of robots for material movement at construction sites. With operations in Bangalore, Ahmedabad, and Mumbai, we are committed to revolutionizing the construction industry by offering innovative solutions that expedite project timelines and significantly reduce material movement costs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate the material movement machine using a joystick on a daily basis.

• Supervise the loading and unloading of materials, (which will be carried out by on-site laborers)

• Perform breakdown maintenance and routine maintenance of the machine, (training provided by the company).

• Utilize a designated mobile application to record data for every trip undertaken with the machine.

Required Qualifications: 

• Minimum 10th grade education or equivalent.

• Ability to read English/Hindi

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):

• Prior experience in machine maintenance

• Experience in maintenance or repair of cycles/bikes/cars 

Opportunities for salary increases based on performance, with potential advancement to site managers and area managers.
