Machine Operator

Overseeing daily manufacturing operations within an FMCG production facility. The role ensures production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards, safety compliance, productivity, and efficient workforce management.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Workflow Monitoring: Track production targets to meet deadlines and minimize material waste.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of efficiency, machine performance, and staff attendance.

• Quality & Safety: Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

• Executive Support: Assist in maintaining confidential files, updating databases, and preparing management reports.

• Resource Management: Oversee office inventory, handle vendor contracts, and manage procurement.

• Machine Maintenance: Schedule regular preventive maintenance and troubleshoot unexpected mechanical or process issues.

• Supervise Machine Operations: Ensure machines are operated according to standard procedures.
