📝 Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Blowing Machine Operator to operate and monitor blowing machines used in the manufacturing process. The candidate should ensure smooth production, maintain quality standards, and follow safety procedures while achieving daily production targets.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blowing machines efficiently.

• Set machine parameters according to production requirements.

• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.

• Ensure production output meets quality and quantity targets.

• Inspect finished products for defects and quality compliance.

• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major breakdowns.

• Maintain production records and machine logs.

• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for smooth operations.

• Follow safety guidelines and workplace standards.

• Keep the machine and work area clean and organized.
  

✅ Requirements

• Experience operating blow molding/blowing machines in a manufacturing environment.

• Basic knowledge of machine settings, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Ability to understand production drawings and specifications.

• Good attention to detail and quality control.

• Willingness to work in shifts if required.

• Team player with a responsible work attitude.
