Job Description: Laser & Plotter Machine Operator

Role Overview

Divy Avatar Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laser & Plotter Machine Operator to join our production team. In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining high-precision laser cutting systems and vinyl/flatbed plotter machines. You will transform digital designs into physical products, ensuring every cut, engrave, and plot meets our rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation & Setup

• Laser Systems: Operate CO2 or Fiber laser machines to cut and engrave materials such as acrylic, wood, fabric, or metal based on project specs.

• Plotter Systems: Manage vinyl cutters or flatbed plotters for precise cutting of decals, patterns, and architectural templates.

• Technical Calibration: Adjust laser power, speed, and focal length, as well as plotter blade depth and pressure, to suit different material thicknesses.

2. File Management & Prep

• Interpret technical drawings and import vector files (AI, DXF, DWG, or PLT) into machine software.

• Optimize "nesting" layouts to minimize material waste and maximize production efficiency.

3. Quality Control & Maintenance

• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning lenses/mirrors on the laser and replacing dull blades on the plotter.

• Inspect finished products for clean edges, accurate dimensions, and surface defects.

• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues or software glitches to minimize downtime.

• It is a Full Time తయారీ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
