URGENT HIRING – FFS MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN / OPERATOR

💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of FFS machines.

Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.

Handle machine changeovers, settings, adjustments, and calibration.

Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production.

Maintain breakdown and maintenance records.

Operate FFS machines when maintenance work is not required.

Support production during high-volume and urgent orders.

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

2–5+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Hands-on experience with FFS/Form-Fill-Seal machines is mandatory.

Tea bag, sachet, or similar packaging machinery experience is an advantage.

ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred.

Strong machine-setting and troubleshooting skills.

Basic electrical knowledge.

Ability to independently diagnose and resolve machine breakdowns.

10th-pass candidates may also be considered with strong hands-on FFS experience.
