*Department:* Production / Manufacturing

*Experience:* 1-3 years preferred
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to set up, operate, and maintain machinery in our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, knowledge of safety procedures, and ability to produce quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
- *Production:* Read and understand work orders, blueprints, and production schedules
- *Quality Check:* Inspect finished products using measuring tools like Vernier Caliper, Micrometer to ensure quality standards
- *Maintenance:* Perform daily cleaning, lubrication, and basic troubleshooting of machines
- *Safety:* Follow all safety rules, wear PPE, and maintain a clean and safe work area
- *Reporting:* Maintain daily production reports, log machine downtime, and report defects to supervisor
- *Coordination:* Work with production team and QC team to meet daily targets
Requirements & Skills:
- *Education:* 10th / 12th pass, ITI / Diploma in relevant trade preferred
