• ⚙️ Operate assigned machines as per instructions

• ▶️ Start, monitor & stop machines properly

• 🔄 Adjust settings for smooth production

• 📊 Ensure output meets required quality standards

• 🧾 Maintain production records

🔧 Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• 🧰 Perform basic machine maintenance

• ⚠️ Identify and report machine issues

• 🔩 Assist in minor repairs and adjustments

• 🛠️ Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns

• 🧹 Keep machines clean and well-maintained

🏭 Production & Safety

• 🎯 Achieve daily production targets

• 🦺 Follow all safety rules & PPE guidelines

• 🔍 Check quality of finished products

• 🚫 Avoid wastage and ensure proper material usage

• 📋 Follow supervisor instructions

🎓 Eligibility

• 🎓 ITI (Mandatory) – Any relevant trade

• 🕒 Experience: Freshers & experienced can apply

• ⚙️ Basic knowledge of machine operations

• 🧠 Willingness to learn and work in shifts
