Job Summary

Indo Japan Horologicals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and hardworking freshers for the role of Trainee – System/Machine Operator in its semiconductor (LED manufacturing) unit. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in advanced manufacturing and gain hands-on experience with modern machinery and cleanroom processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operating semiconductor/LED manufacturing machines

• Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Support machine setup and basic calibration under supervision

• Monitor machine operations and report any issues to supervisors

• Maintain basic production records and documentation

• Follow cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines strictly

• Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid contamination

• Work closely with team members to achieve production targets

Eligibility Criteria

• ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) or B.Sc / B.Tech (Fresher)

• Basic understanding of machines or manufacturing processes

• Willingness to learn and grow in semiconductor/LED industry

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
