Operate fully automatic Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) for sheet and hose pipe production.

Handle machines such as:

Interlock Machine

Corrugator Machine

Tube Mill Machine

Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth running throughout the shift.

Load and unload raw materials and finished hose pipes.

Maintain proper fit-up, alignment, and quality during machine operation.

Carry out basic adjustments and minor troubleshooting if required.

Maintain accurate daily production reports (output, rejection, downtime).

Follow all safety guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards of the company.

Coordinate with supervisors and production team to achieve shift targets.

Ensure good housekeeping and machine cleanliness.
